Thirty minutestogether.

Tuesdays, 4:30 pm German time.

A 30 minute window, 5 to 15 of it real silence.

Free. Not recorded.

One room, one voice, the same time every week. You sit down wherever you are, close your eyes, and someone else keeps the time for once. Arriving and closing take their share; the silence in the middle is shorter than the half hour and that is the point.

what it is

  1. Live, not a recording

The room is open for half an hour: a few minutes to arrive, five to fifteen minutes of actual silence, then a quiet close. Nothing is recorded, nobody has to speak, and no one sees the other participants' names.

  2. The same slot, every week

Tuesdays, 4:30 pm German time (CET/CEST). You ask once. After that the slot simply stays, and a recurring entry lands in your calendar.

  3. Nothing to prepare

No app, no camera, no experience. Research suggests the hardest part of a practice is starting it again, and a fixed weekly time takes that decision off your plate.

who holds it

“I am an operator, not a guru. This is the half hour I keep for myself, and you are welcome in it.”

Noah Schömann, co-founder of SYLO
